The Arizona chapter of Gold Rush Cure Foundation is one of the longest running chapters in the organization (2nd only to Orange County/Los Angeles). We support Phoenix and Tucson metro areas for the Pot of Gold program and fundraising. This includes supporting child life specialists and social workers in all Pediatric Ongology units.
Pot of Gold Program
We are operating the Pot of Gold program through your hospital. For requests please download our form here and submit to your child life specialist or social worker to submit to Gold Rush Cure Foundation.
The Arizona chapter is part of Gold Rush Cure Foundation but accepts donations to be applied here in Arizona for children battling cancer. We accept donations individually, corporate donations, and grants.
Jeremy Bliler first volunteered in the oncology unit of Colorado Children’s Hospital and continued as a volunteer at Rady Children’s Hospital, and now at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Being closest to lymphoma patient Amanda Peebles who became an Angel in 2010, he made it his mission to help these patients. He assists Gold Rush Cure with their expansion and is now the chapter leader in Arizona. Jeremy runs a training development consulting firm out of Arizona. He’s made several advocacy trips to Washington, D.C. on behalf of children fighting cancer.
ASST. CHAPTER LEADER
Supporting Children & Teens Fighting Cancer
We are answering the call to support children and teens fighting cancer in Phoenix and Tucson at centers of excellence and all pediatric oncology clinics and in-patient centers. Our chapter has been operating since 2013 and has delivered over 100 Pots of Gold to patients in the area. We've had volunteers fulfill hundreds of hours by fundraising, preparing Pots of Gold and hosting delivery experiences for families. We are so thankful to all those who help us keep this chapter growing.
