Behind every Pot of Gold is a team of people who shop, wrap, coordinate and deliver, all with one goal: bringing joy to children fighting cancer and their families.

The Gold Rush Cure Foundation Bay Area team was officially recognized in 2023, but their story began even earlier, with deliveries starting in 2022. Since officially forming, the team has delivered 189 Pots of Gold, 114 as an official GRCF location.

A Team Behind Every Pot of Gold

Today, the Bay Area team has grown to over 20 dedicated members, each playing an important role in bringing these special deliveries to life.

There are dedicated shoppers who select personalized gifts based on each child’s interests, wrappers who prepare every package, and a delivery team that gets to experience the excitement of presenting each Pot of Gold.

Two co-team leaders also handle the initial outreach to families and coordinate the details that make each delivery possible.

More Than a Delivery

A Pot of Gold is about much more than what’s inside the packages.
